We specializing in Vinyasa flow classes- yoga postures in connection with the breath, a well balanced yoga practice that develops strength, balance and flexibility.  All levels, 60 min.

  Vinyasa Flow in a heated room (mid-80's, more warm than hot!) previous yoga experience is best, 60 min. class

Restorative/Therapeutic Yoga is a particularly effective practice for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness. This class emphasizes the balance of mobility and strength and incorporates breath awareness; held postures and exploring our edges; core stability and a balanced body in postures. It blends restorative yoga (supported postures), gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation techniques combined in such a way that it is an excellent choice for those who need something gentle yet effective for bringing the body into balance and reducing stress.

Therapeutic yoga with a focus on Somatics or SomaYoga techniques of slow, mindful movements to help free the body of chronic tension and pain. The goal is to teach clients to self-correct with their new-found heightened awareness to habitual patterns of moving.

Boot Camp
  This total body workout is designed to improve muscular strength and cardio endurance for all fitness levels.    The circuit training uses a variety of equipment including hand held weights, resistance bands, and/or balance balls.  The work outs also involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises, and resistance training.  The routine changes weekly to continually challenge different muscle groups of the body.  You will burn calories and improve your overall health and fitness level.   This class is taught by Heather DuPont who is a certified Spin and Aerobics instructor from the Stillwater area.  She has taught fitness classes for over 15 years and is excited to be here at Yoga Hus!  50 min. class

Pilates Fusion class offers a broad array of movements by integrating several different mind-body modalities. The Weighted Body Bar, Small Non-weighted Ball, Large Stability Ball are integrated into these movements. Each of these modalities improve strength, posture, flexibility and balance. Refresh and De-stress!  60 min. class

Zumba Fitness is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning fitness party. We start with basic Latin steps such as Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, and Samba and add a fitness component for added toning. Dance ability is NOT necessary. All you need is the fondness for lively music and the desire to move to the music What to wear: comfortable shirt and pants or shorts, clean low tread shoes (other than those you wear to class.)  60 min. class
